1. Our Services

BRE provides property advisory services in Bangkok, Thailand, including rental and sales listings, viewings, negotiation support and property management. Listings are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer; availability, pricing and terms are confirmed directly with BRE before any agreement is signed.

2. Using the Website

  • You agree to provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry, viewing request or agent application.
  • You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to it or its systems.
  • Automated submissions are screened using bot-protection tools. We may decline or remove submissions that fail this check.

3. Listings & Property Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep listing details accurate and up to date, but property details, pricing and availability can change quickly and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by BRE. Photos and floor plans are illustrative and may not reflect the exact unit available.

4. Agent Applications

Submitting an agent application does not guarantee an offer of work with BRE. We review applications at our discretion and contact suitable applicants directly.

5. Intellectual Property

The BRE name, logo, website design and content are owned by BRE or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the site to evaluate our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, BRE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on listing information beyond what is confirmed in a signed agreement with BRE.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
